Brad Morton, Vice President, Business Development
As a leader on Morehead's business development team, Brad leads product management and sales efforts for the physician satisfaction surveys and services.
Brad has fourteen years experience in healthcare. Before joining Morehead, Brad served as a Product Director for a large professional services and informatics organization that supports the healthcare industry. There he helped hospitals use products and services to drive improvements in quality, safety, revenue cycle, patient satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Brad holds a B.A. degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina .
Trevor Byrd, M.S., Senior Researcher, Research and Development
As an integral member of Morehead's R&D group, Trevor designs custom solutions to help clients gain insight into human capital issues. Trevor leverages his extensive experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques by applying cutting-edge data modeling strategies that help customers contextualize survey results and effectively target the key issues driving performance.
Prior to joining Morehead, Trevor taught psychology at the university level. He has conducted and presented organizational science research at numerous national and international conferences. Trevor holds an M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech and will complete his Ph.D. in spring 2008. |
