Helen Krewson, M.S., SPHR, Senior Client Consultant

Helen serves as a Senior Client Solutions Consultant at Morehead Associates. Ms. Krewson has assisted a broad range of healthcare clients in community, adult acute care, academic and pediatric environments. Her work encompasses the design, analyses and implementation planning of employee and physician surveys to support strategic and change management objectives. Helen came to Morehead in May 2007 following a decade as Senior Director of Corporate Learning and Organization Development with one of the nation’s top rated pediatric health organizations: The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Over the last twenty-five years she has served in leadership roles in financial services, public education and healthcare environments. Helen holds a masters degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from American University/NTL and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management.
