Leo F. Brajkovich, Ph.D., SPHR, President, West Region

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the West Region is led by Leo F. Brajkovich, formerly a Director and Executive Consultant with Kenexa. With 18 years experience applying survey research to organizational development and change efforts, Leo offers our clients deep industry experience and the ability to transform human capital insights into a committed workforce. Leo holds a Ph.D. in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management. In addition to his doctorate, Leo has an M.A. in Mathematical Behavioral Science and Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Physics and Sociology. He is a frequent speaker on the effective application of employee research to leadership, organizational development, and change efforts.
