Rod A. Wilkes, M.S., President, East Region

Based in Morehead’s Charlotte headquarters, the East Region is led by Rod Wilkes, a Senior Consultant with Morehead for 10 years. He has more than 15 years industry experience. Prior to joining Morehead, he worked with Accenture as an organizational development and change management consultant. His experience with Morehead’s clients and his deep industry knowledge provide valuable insights in helping clients reduce the uncertainty of managing human capital. He has also been instructional in developing some of Morehead’s most popular products and services. Rod has an M.S. in industrial/organizational psychology from Clemson University.
