Trevor Byrd, Ph.D., Director, Research Services

As Director of Research Services, Trevor uses survey data to build predictive models that allow Morehead clients to better understand and proactively address their human capital challenges. He mines survey data to identify high-interest segments within organizations, and connects client survey data to valued business outcomes such as patient satisfaction and turnover. Prior to joining Morehead, Trevor served as an adjunct instructor of psychology. He regularly presents organizational science research at national and international conferences, and completed his Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Virginia Tech.
